Residential Design, Sophomore Year Final. Given the task to design a multi story residential home that was 50’ x 20’ and with the addition of garage and sunroom. 3rd floor must be 25’ x 20’. Our goal was to create an efficient use of the narrow space while incorporating a stairway.
